The Western Balkans also demand European rapprochement: ‘Otherwise Russia will fill that space’

The Western Balkans (including Serbia, Kosovo and Albania) are also counting on rapid rapprochement from Brussels now that Ukraine, Moldova and – with some delay – also Georgia will become EU candidate countries at high speed later today. The six countries will argue their case today at a summit with all 27 national EU leaders.
