The Egyptian Al-Ahly Club announced the details of the initial diagnosis of the injury to its player, Wissam Abu Ali, which he suffered in his last match during his participation with the Palestine national team in the double qualifiers for the Asian Cup and World Cup against Lebanon.
According to the initial diagnosis, the player suffers from a sprained ankle and a bruise in the metatarsal.
The club indicated: “Wissam Abu Ali will undergo further medical examinations in the coming hours to determine the severity of the injury and the expected period of his absence, in addition to developing the appropriate rehabilitation program for him.”
