The Ministry of Interior of Bahrain has introduced e-passport for the first time in Bahrain. E-Passport has been started in the country on the instructions of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Bahten is currently on a path of great change. E-passport will be implemented in the country from March 20.
The charge for e-passport is 12 dinars.

If a new one is to be issued to replace the lost one, 50 dinars must be paid. If you want to get a new one instead of a damaged passport, you have to pay 15 riyals. The information related to this has been released by the Under Secretary, Passport and Residents Affairs Authority.
