The scenes related to the robberies in the temples were recorded in the surveillance cameras. From this the police came to investigate the accused.
1.72 Crore loans recommended at NORCA – Indian Bank Loan Fair held at Thiruvalla
Loans worth Rs 1.72 crore were recommended in a loan camp organized jointly by Norca Roots and Indian Bank at Tiruvalla in Pathanamthitta district for non-resident entrepreneurs. This amount will be received for 17 non-resident enterprises. Loans are sanctioned under NORCA Department Project for Returned Emigration or NDPREM scheme. The loan will be made available as soon as the procedures are completed. Augustine Veerapandian, Chief Manager, Indian Bank (Zonal Office, Ernakulam) inaugurated the loan camp at Kavumbha Anand Convention Center from 11 am.
Managers Ajitha Elizabeth Phillip, Abhilash P and Priya P from Indian Bank and Assistant Manager Jency Josi, Beenakumari S and Manojkumar.H from Norka Roots also participated. A total of 27 non-resident entrepreneurs came to participate in the fair. Under the NDPREM scheme, loans are sanctioned to non-resident enterprises ranging from Rs.1 lakh to a maximum of Rs.30 lakhs. Entrepreneurs will get 15 percent capital subsidy for regular loan repayment and 3 percent interest subsidy for the first four years through the scheme. The scheme is being implemented through 19 banking and financial institutions in the state.
