APNGO president Bandi Srinivas said that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has assured that steps will be taken to pay the DA due to the state government employees for Sankranti festival immediately. The CMO officials said that there was a delay in issuing the circular due to Sankranthi holidays for 3 consecutive days. Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy was met by the newly elected AP NGO president and working group members at the camp office in Tadepalli. President Bandi Srinivas introduced the working group members. Reminding the promise that DA will be given for the Sankranthi festival, he said that CM Jagan has promised that steps will be taken to pay it immediately. Bandi Srinivas faulted some unions for complaining to the Governor about the problems of the employees. It is recommended that trade unions should follow the rules and if they do not do so, the government has the power to cancel the recognition. Bandi Srinivas was furious on the allegations made by Government Employees Association leader Suryanarayana that AP NGOs are working for the approval of CM Jaganmohan Reddy. They wanted to know that they did not get PRC with the benevolence of the government, but they achieved it by fighting on behalf of the employees. He said that the leaders of the government employees union, who could not fight on the issues, filed a complaint with the governor. Bandi commented that the employees are all observing the power behind Suryanarayan. Bandi Srinivas warned that no matter what they have done so far, they have remained silent and if they behave like this, they will not tolerate it.. Khabaddar. Bandi said that Suryanarayana got the recognition of the government employees union by stealth.. There are many irregularities committed by Suryanarayana in the department. The CM has promised to solve all the problems and said that they are ready to go on strike if the government does not take action. AP NGO Secretary Siva Reddy said why did those who called them buffoons flee to Srikakulam during the PRC struggle. He fired that it was inappropriate for the government employees’ association to ridicule the AP NGO association.
