Prayagraj.Before Mahakumbh 2025 on the sands of Sangam in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, a fight broke out between two groups in the office of the fair authority due to mutual differences in the meeting of the Akharas. Meanwhile, All India Akhara Parishad General Secretary Swami Hari Giri pacified the fight. Saints pelted each other with fists in the fair authority office.
This incident took place in the presence of All India Akhara Parishad President Ravindra Puri and General Secretary Hari Giri, in which officials of the fair administration were also present. Actually, a meeting was going on on Thursday afternoon with Kumbh (Mahakumbh 2025) Fair Officer Vijay Kiran Anand and the prominent saints of the Akharas at the Prayagraj Fair Authority office. After the meeting the land in the fair area was to be shown.

Before this, an altercation started between Nirmohi Ani Akhara President Shri Mahant Rajendra Das and other saints. First they started abusing each other. Then within no time a scuffle started. When the dispute escalated, the fair officer pacified everyone. A large number of police and PAC personnel have been deployed on the spot.
According to the information, All India Council has been formed by combining 13 Akharas. This council is responsible for organizing and concluding the Kumbh Mela. After the death of Mahant (saints) Narendra Giri, factionalism had started in the Akhara Parishad. Due to factionalism, there was a fight in the meeting today. Let us tell you that disputes and factionalism have been going on in the Akhara Parishad for a long time.
