Footage has emerged from the scene of the investigation in the criminal case against blogger Alexandra Mitroshina. Video on Tuesday, March 21, was published by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Telegram channel.
The footage shows that there is no repair in the apartment, only building materials are in the rooms.
The fact that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow opened a criminal case against Mitroshina became known earlier that day. The blogger is accused of tax evasion for 120 million rubles. The girl in the period from October 2020 to May 2022, being an individual entrepreneur and using a simplified taxation system, received income from the sale of online education courses.
According to the investigation, she did not switch to the general taxation system and did not pay VAT and personal income tax. Trying to hide income, Mitroshina allegedly organized from her current account the receipt of money from entrepreneurial activities directly to the IP affiliated and controlled by her, with the help of which she managed to evade taxes for more than 120 million rubles.
Mitroshina’s problems with the Federal Tax Service began in 2022. The girl herself told about this to subscribers in social networks. According to her, the Russian tax authorities charged her with more than 200 million in debt. Then Mitroshnia promised that she would pay everything, and also assured that she had always worked “in white” with no intention of deceiving the state.
Alexandra Mitroshina gained wide popularity thanks to her page on the Instagram network (the social network belongs to the Meta organization, recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation), which has more than 4.2 million subscribers. As part of her activities, the girl advertised and sold online courses on blog promotion.
