New Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal has rejected speculations of an alliance between Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress before the Delhi Assembly elections. Kejriwal (Arvind Kejriwal) has said that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will contest the elections in Delhi on its own strength. There is no possibility of any kind of alliance with Congress. The AAP chief had earlier also ruled out alliance with Congress.
Earlier news was coming that the agreement between Congress and AAP for alliance is in the final stages. Congress may get 15 seats and other INDIA alliance members may get 1 or 2 seats. Aam Aadmi Party itself will contest the remaining seats. But now AAP has made the picture clear that Aam Aadmi Party will contest the elections alone in Delhi.
Let us tell you that there was a meeting between the leaders of India on Tuesday night regarding the alliance. Only after this, on Wednesday, Kejriwal (Arvind Kejriwal) has announced to contest the elections alone. Let us tell you that all the parties have intensified preparations for Delhi elections. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released its list of 20 candidates on Monday (9 December). Earlier, AAP had released its first list of 11 candidates.
In the 2015 assembly elections in Delhi, Aam Aadmi Party got 67 out of 70 seats, while BJP got only three seats. The special thing is that Congress did not get even a single seat in Delhi. Even in the 2020 elections, Congress’s account was not opened. Now it remains to be seen that if Congress contests the elections alone this time too, how many seats will it get.
