Lucknow. Sunday is the third day of the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination (UP Police Recruitment). The first shift of the third day’s examination is going on. Earlier, the second day’s written examination (UP Police Recruitment) for direct recruitment to 60,244 posts of constable civil police in the state police was successfully completed.
On the second day, Saturday, 17 cases were registered in various districts of the state while the police arrested 20 people and sent them to jail. During checking, 72 suspects were identified at the examination centers. However, all of them were allowed to take the UP Police Recruitment paper. Candidates were being allowed to go inside after three rounds of checking. Earlier, the accused was cheating people by creating a Telegram channel.
Apart from this, an FIR was lodged in Lucknow’s Hussainganj against the board for spreading the rumour of paper leak. On the second day of the UP Police Recruitment exam on Saturday, 6,57,443 candidates appeared for the exam at 1174 centres. 25,000 policemen and 2300 magistrates were deployed to ensure smooth conduct of the exam. On Saturday, candidates created a ruckus at KPS Inter College exam centre in Bijnor when the inner seal of the bundle of question papers was found broken. However, Bijnor police officials say that the question papers were sealed in a double layer, which was opened inside the exam centre by the invigilator.
A total of 3 candidates were arrested in Saharanpur, including solver Akash from Bulandshahr. He was giving the exam (UP Police Recruitment) in place of candidate Vishnu. Apart from this, Pawan Kumar Sharma, who gave the high school exam twice, was arrested for preparing a fake mark sheet and showing his age 10 years less in the documents. Dheeraj Kumar, a resident of Bulandshahr, was also arrested for trying to give the exam by showing his age less.
