It is known that the Chinese army is doing provocations on the borders of India. According to a strategy, China is building villages very close to the Indian border and improving the transport facilities in those areas. If there is a war with India in the future, Dragon can use these facilities to quickly move his army to the borders. India, which is closely watching the actions of the Chinese army, has started measures to check the aggression of the dragon. For this, the Modi government is preparing a three-tier strategy. The Union Cabinet gave the green signal for the formation of seven new ITBP battalions and gave permission for the Vibrant Village Scheme and the excavation of the Shinkun La tunnel. On the face of it these all appear to be three different decisions. But from China’s point of view, they are related to each other. India will follow a three-pronged strategy along China’s borders as it is along Pakistan’s borders. 3488 km as part of ‘One Nation One Force’ policy. A force of 56 battalions will be deployed along the long LAC. The Indian Army will be the back-up to the border force. They are supported by army reserve forces. The seven newly formed battalions will monitor the security of 47 border posts. One of these is in Ladakh, the other is in Uttarakhand, and the rest are in the Arunachal Pradesh sector. The sector head quarter will be set up in Arunachal Pradesh. A DIG rank officer oversees its responsibilities. As part of the Vibrant Village Scheme to close the security gaps along the border in Arunachal Pradesh, Rs.4800 crore will be spent to improve connectivity and other facilities to the villages along the border. Out of this, 2500 crores will be spent on improving connectivity. This will improve employment opportunities for the youth through trade and tourism. This will reduce the migration of the youth of the border villages to the big cities for jobs. The third decision taken by the Modi government. Building a long Shinkun Law tunnel. This will facilitate movement of forces and weapons across borders. This tunnel will be constructed by the Border Roads Organization (BRO) at a cost of Rs.1681.5 crore. The tunnel is targeted to be completed by December 2025.
