Dimple Yadav further said that somewhere this law (criminal laws) is a preparation to tighten the noose on the entire countrymen. Due to political pressure, many serious cases were also withdrawn from the court till now, but after the implementation of three new laws (criminal laws) (Indian Justice Code 2023, Indian Civil Defense Code 2023 and Indian Evidence Act 2023) from July 1, 2024, this will not be possible.
Let us tell you that under these new laws (criminal laws), now the victim will get full opportunity to present his case in the court to withdraw the criminal cases pending in the court. The court will not agree to withdraw the case without giving the victim an opportunity to be heard. Many such provisions have been made in the new laws (criminal laws), which strengthen the concept of justice.

Apart from this, limits have also been set for police and court for timely justice. When the laws made by the British were abolished, for the first time community service has also been provided as punishment for minor crimes. Now technology will be used more and more in police investigation. For this, digital evidence has been recognized as traditional evidence. Arrangement of e-FIR and Zero FIR has also been made. New subjects like terrorism and organized crime have also been added.
