But there is no age limit for non-ticketed fans applying through Haya With Me (1+3) Voucher. Football lovers of any age can come to Qatar like this. One of the conditions is that those who come in this way must have a passport. They should also specify where they will stay in Qatar during the tournament. To avail the Haya With Me (1+3) feature, authorized Haya Cardholders must select My Haya (My Haya) on the Haya Card website and click ‘Action’. After that select Haiya with Me. If so selected then three voucher codes can be seen. These three voucher codes are for ticketless applicants.
A fee of 500 riyals per person should be paid
After that Haya With Me (1+3) applicant has to apply for Haya Card. After entering the website select ‘Hiya with Me Voucher’ from the applicant category. After that enter the voucher code provided earlier to Haya card holders, select ‘Validate My Voucher’ and accept the terms. After checking all the information provided and clicking the submit button, the process of submitting the application will be completed. Each Haya With Me (1+3) applicant has to pay a fee of 500 Riyals. It cannot be returned later. But fee is not applicable for children below 12 years of age.
Stay must be booked to get Haya card
International fans with an approved Haya card will receive an entry permit to Qatar via email once their applications are accepted. Haya card holders get access to football stadiums, free public transport during the tournament and many other benefits. When applying for a Haya Card, details of where you will stay in Qatar are mandatory. Otherwise Haya Card application will not be accepted. The application should also specify whether the accommodation in Qatar is booked through a Qatar accommodation agency or through a third party.

Qatar Accommodation Agency offers a wide range of accommodation options for football fans, including cruise ship rooms, apartments, villas, hotels and fan villages. The minimum rent per day is $80 for a double room. More information related to this and more options will be published on the portal in the coming weeks.
