Minister Ambati Rambabu lashed out at TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for rushing in the name of Polavaram project tour. But he challenged him to answer three questions before visiting Polavaram. He said that there is no permission for political activities near the project. If the law requires the center to bear the full cost of the Polavaram project, why did the state bear the burden in the past, he asked.
