Chukka Palraj filed a public suit in the High Court claiming that the cast of the movie ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’ is hurting the sentiments of the community and damaging the reputation of the people of Stuartpuram. The High Court accepted this PIL for hearing. A bench comprising Chief Justice Justice Dheeraj Singh Thakur and Justice AV Seshasai conducted the hearing on Wednesday. In this hearing, advocates Ankalla Prithviraj and Srangapati Karthik presented their arguments on behalf of the petitioner.
Hearing these arguments, the bench expressed its anger against the production company Abhishek Agarwal Arts. Don’t be responsible towards the society, she commented bitterly. She asked what message they want to give to the society through such a teaser. A notice has been issued to the producer of the film, Abhishek Agarwal. On the other hand, the petitioner was directed to include the Chairperson of the Central Board of Film Certification, Mumbai as a respondent in the PIL. The petitioner was given the opportunity to complain to the Chairperson about the objections. The hearing was adjourned for four weeks.
However, the questions raised by the High Court regarding the teaser are now raising new doubts. Usually, teasers and trailers are released for many movies before the censor process is completed. There are many films which get censor certificate two or three days before release. What will happen if the trial of this case is completed and the court decides not to censor even the teaser. Even if the entire movie is completed, even the teaser cannot be released. Otherwise.. up to the teaser will have to be censored. Like commercial ads in theaters. Let’s see what happens!
Meanwhile, this film is directed by Vamsi. Abhishek Agarwal is producing on a grand scale under the banner of Abhishek Agarwal Arts. Nupur Sanon and Gayatri Bharadwaj are playing heroines opposite Ravi Teja. Bollywood actor Anupam Kher and Murali Sharma are playing pivotal roles. The music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar and the cinematography is provided by R. Madhi. Srikanth Vissa is writing the words.
