Peruvian champion Enrique Barzola surrendered to his Russian counterpart, Muhammed Muhammedov, in the fight that brought them together today, Saturday, in the “Belator 282” Mixed Martial Arts “MMA” championship, in a tumultuous crowd in Montville in the United States.
Mamedov, nicknamed “The Tiger”, forced his opponent, Barzola, to surrender by suffocation in the fourth round of the fight, and qualified for the semi-finals of the tournament.
Russia Today reported that this victory is the ninth for Mammadov (30 years) during his professional career so far, compared to two defeats, while Enrique Barzola (33 years) received his sixth defeat in his professional career so far, compared to 20 victories.
