On the territory of the Khabarovsk Territory, over the past week, tigers and wolves dragged into the forest and gnawed seven guard dogs. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Natural Resources.
According to the department, on December 20, the incident took place in the village of Taezhnoye. The tiger dragged the dog from the courtyard of the residential building and bit it. The next day, a striped predator tore apart a watchdog in the village of Sawpilnoye, Bikinsky district, writes IA AmurMedia.
On the same day, wolves lifted up four dogs at once in the village of Sanboli, Amur region. Already on December 22, a tiger attacked another dog in the village of Malyshevo near Khabarovsk. Nothing could interfere with the Red Book animal, since the site was not fenced from the side of the forest.
This week, a tiger was also seen near the village of Sikachi-Alyan, and a connecting rod bear was seen at the waste disposal site of the Komsomolskaya poultry farm. According to local hunting experts, hunger drove the animal to the dump.
An operational group of the Ministry of Nature worked in the field. They managed to drive the tigers back into the forest, but the wolves were shot. In total, since the beginning of 2021, employees of the task force have traveled to places where wild animals were seen 296 times.
On December 17, it was reported that the Amur tiger, which was caught near the village of Nagibovo in the Oktyabrsky district of the Jewish Autonomous Region and released into the wild, went out to people again. According to local residents, he entered the farm and attacked the sheep in the barn. Huge footprints of the animal are visible on the territory of the farm, and carcasses of livestock lie nearby.
