Tirumala: For the 6th month in a row, Tirupati’s Eummalayan temple has crossed Rs.100 crores. As it crossed Rs.100 crore on 22nd of this month, bill revenue is expected to cross Rs.140 crore this month.
The number of devotees in Tirupati Eyumalai Yan Temple has gradually increased after the corona virus has reduced. Currently, about 70 thousand devotees visit the Swami every day. Due to this, bill income has also increased significantly.
Every month since last March, the money donation has crossed Rs 100 crore. Similarly, more than Rs. 5 crores of bills were received for several days. In the current month of August, 5 times the revenue has been recorded above Rs.5 crore. Due to this, in just 22 days of this month, the revenue of Undi Yal has crossed Rs.100 crores. In this case, the bill revenue for August is expected to be Rs.140 crore.
Gold and silver items are also used as offerings in temple money. This has increased the income of the temple. In this case, in the 12 months up to March, the income of Tirupati bills is estimated to exceed Rs.1,500 crore.
