Gold prices fell sharply in Hyderabad as well as in the national capital, Delhi. The price of 22 carat gold, which was at Rs 47,950, touched a record high of Rs 47,750 today. This rate has been reduced by Rs.200. Also, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold fell by Rs 210. With this, the price dropped to Rs 52,100. Silver also fell by Rs 1,200 in Delhi. After the rate cut, the price of silver in Delhi was Rs 61 per kg.
Silver rates have plummeted in almost all markets. In the Chennai market too, the price of a kg of silver fell by Rs 1,000 to Rs 67,000. Similarly, in Vijayawada, the silver rate fell by Rs 1,000 to Rs 67,000. In Bangalore too, the price has come down to Rs 67,000.

Gold prices in Vijayawada are as follows. The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold was recorded at Rs 47,750 and the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold was recorded at Rs 52,100. In Vijayawada too, the prices have come down by Rs 200. The price reduction in Bangalore is similar. There, too, the 22-carat was priced at Rs 47,750 and the 24-carat at Rs 52,100. In Chennai, 22-carat gold fell to Rs 47,850 from Rs 48,060. Also, the price of 24 carat gold fell from Rs 52,430 to Rs 52,200.
