Too much noise with car or motorcycle? In Amsterdam and Rotterdam, ‘noise speed camera’ will soon impose fines

Amsterdam and Rotterdam are battling noisy engines and cars. From Friday morning, there will be signs in two places in the capital that warn road users if they make too much noise. The warnings are later replaced by automatic fines.
