Traffic Restrictions: Telangana’s new secretariat is going to start today. On this occasion, pujas and homas started from morning. On the occasion of the inauguration of the Secretariat, keeping in mind the traffic of VVIPs and VIPs, the traffic police imposed traffic restrictions in the surrounding areas. Roads will be closed in the vicinity of the Secretariat to prevent vehicles. VV Vigraham-Necklace Rotary-Teluguthalli Junction, Necklace Rotary-PVNR Marg-Nallagutta routes will be completely closed. According to traffic police, VV Vigraham, Telugu Thalli Junction, Nallagutta Junction, Mint Capound Road and Bada Ganesh Junction roads will be closed. Traffic will be stopped towards VV Vigraham Junction, Old Saifabad PS Junction, Ravindra Bharti Junction, Mint Kapound Junction, Telugu Thalli Junction, Necklace Rotary, Nallagunta Junction, Kattamaisamma, Tank Bund and Liberty Junction. Hyderabad Traffic Police said motorists should cooperate and choose alternative routes. Traffic coming from Karbala-Raniganj-Secunderabad will be allowed at Tankbund. Vehicles coming from Iqbal Minar will not be allowed towards Telugu Mother Junction-Tankbund. Motorists coming on this route will be diverted at Teluguthalli Flyover, Lower Tankbund. Parking spaces have been arranged on NTR Ghat, next to IMAX parking, Formula E Race Road, BRK Bhawan Line, Necklace Road. Traffic restrictions will be in force from 8 am to 8 pm today. The traffic police advised the motorists to cooperate with themselves and take alternative routes keeping in mind the traffic instructions.
Pooja programs started in the morning in the secretariat. Sudarshan Yagam and Chandihoma will be conducted in the new building till 10.30 am. Between 1.58 pm and 2.04 pm, CM KCR, ministers and officials will be measured in the secretariat. KCR will be the first to sign the guidelines of the railways. The CM’s chamber will be on the sixth floor of the new secretariat. Harish Rao’s offices are on the second floor and KTR’s offices are on the third floor. KCR’s speech will be held from 2.15 pm to 2.45 pm. The Secretariat was built at a cost of Rs.1200 crores.
