New Delhi: A baby girl died tragically when she fell down while taking the transgender from her mother’s hands to wish her well. A case has been registered in this incident which happened in Uttar Pradesh and investigation is going on.
The incident took place in Tilari police station area of Puthanpur village of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Sadal Ali, who lives here, gave birth to a baby girl two months ago. The child’s father, named Anaria, had gone to Harithuar due to his work. While his parents had gone out, his wife was at home with her child.
Then a transgender woman came to village village to congratulate the child and get the gift money. But Sadal Ali’s wife said that she could not give any gift money as there was no one at home and she should come later. He refused to accept this and asked to bless the girl and forcibly bought the child from the mother. In this, the transgender girl’s hand slipped and the infant Anaria fell to the ground. Due to the blow on the head of the child in the fall, he died in a second.
Sadal Ali has lodged a complaint at the local police station about this shocking incident. The police have registered a case based on the complaint and are investigating. The child’s body was also sent for autopsy. Inspector Himanshu Singh is also investigating the villagers in this case.
Similarly, it is customary for transgenders to receive money as a gift by holding a newborn baby in their hands and singing to congratulate them. In this, some people also behave in the manner of extorting money. Meanwhile, this incident in Budanpur village claimed the life of a young child. In this, the UP Police has said that they will arrest the witnesses.
