Now the train will talk to ‘Hawa’ between Jaipur and Delhi. Indian Railways has planned to lay an elevated rail track between the national capital and the state capital.
The speed of trains on this track will be 200 km per hour. The distance from Delhi to Jaipur is about 300 km. In this case, this distance will be less than two hours.
At present, it takes 5-6 hours to reach Jaipur from Delhi by train. Union Minister Rao Inderjit Singh said that the Ministry of Railways has given its approval. The detailed project (DPR) of the elevated rail track project has not yet been prepared.
A DPR will be prepared, then it will be sent to the Ministry of Railways. If the DPR is approved, then it will start next year.
The speed of semi-high-speed train Vande Bharat will be increased to 220 kmph on the elevated railway track.
Due to this project, Gurugram railway station will be redesigned. There are plans to build elevated railway tracks between Delhi-Amritsar, Mumbai-Pune and Bengaluru-Chennai among many other cities in the future.
