Two people died and two more were injured in an accident on the federal highway A-240 in the Bryansk region. This was reported on February 5 in the regional traffic police department.
“According to preliminary information, the drivers of both cars died in a road accident. Two passengers were injured, they are in the hospital, they are being examined by doctors,” the ministry said.
As noted in the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Bryansk Region, information about an accident involving two cars on the 14th km of the A-240 highway near the settlement of Dobrun entered the operational service at 19:34 Moscow time.
Rescuers carried out work to unblock one of the victims from the car.
Earlier that day, a road conflict in Moscow ended in gunfire and one driver was injured. According to Izvestia, one of the drivers shot the other in the leg with a Makarov pistol. The prosecutor’s office in the capital added that after the incident, another car crashed into the cars of the participants in the conflict.
