Leading Malayalee entrepreneur in Dubai Ann Sajeev has been approved by the UAE Government for a Golden Visa. She had earlier received her husband PK Sajeev. With this, they became the first Malayalee couple in the UAE to get two golden visas for investing in one country. The recognition recognizes a woman who has made significant investments in construction, real estate, hotels and resorts, international restaurant chains, plantations, film production and tourism. Ann is the wife of PK Sajeev, a native of Pooyapalli, Kollam. Ann, a native of Vadavathur, Kottayam, has already won many international recognitions. Ann Sajeev is the Managing Director of Fragrant Nature, a five – star hotel and resort in Kerala, owned by Aroma Group. He is also the producer of the internationally acclaimed Malayalam films Pranayam and Kinar. He is also the owner of Fragrant Nature Film Creations India and Aroma Investment UK. Ann, who is also a director of Arcade Star Construction Company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, has invested heavily in India as well as in the UAE. Aroma International Building Contracting, a leading manufacturer of construction products, has previously been recognized by the Dubai Government as the Best Labor Friendly Company for four consecutive years.
