Parental consent is essential when children come to work. Students can sign the employment contract for a period of three months. The nature of the work should be specified in the contract. How much rupees will be paid, how many days of vacation will be given in a week, how many hours to work in a day should be written in the contract. Strong legal action will be taken if the terms of the contract are violated. Students should not be employed in violation of the conditions.

Mantral has set limits for vocational training. Do not work at night in factories. Vocational training is not allowed for children from 8 pm to 6 am. Do not make them work for more than 6 hours. One hour should be allowed for doing things like food and prayer. Do not work for more than four hours without rest. Training time should be treated as working time and paid wages. Certificates should be given to those who complete job training. But they are not entitled to in-service benefits during vocational training. Holidays and extra benefits are not allowed other than the holiday in the contract of employment.
