The Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) on Thursday, May 25, fired at Panteleymonovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic. This was reported in the representative office of the DPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) in the Telegram channel.
It is drowned out that the shelling was carried out at 14:25. Ukrainian militants fired 10 rockets from a multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) at the village.
The settlements of Donbass are daily shelled by the Ukrainian army.
Earlier, on May 23, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked Yasinovataya in the DPR, firing 11 shells of 155 mm caliber. The mayor of the city Dmitry Shevchenko said that two civilians were injured as a result of the shelling.
The day before, the mother and child were seriously injured when Ukrainian militants shelled the village of Urozhaynoye in the DPR.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24 last year, continues. The decision was made against the background of the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
