Sports Desk. The schedule of ICC Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup 2025 has been announced. This time this tournament will be played in Malaysia. Last season, India won the title by defeating England under the captaincy of Shefali Verma. Now this tournament is starting from January 18 next year.
This time India and Pakistan have been placed in different groups. India has got a place in Group A. Whereas Pakistan has been placed in Group B. A total of 16 teams will participate in the Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup 2025. Each team will play three matches in the group stage. After this, the top-3 teams in each group will qualify for the Super-6 Six.
For the Super Six, the teams will be divided into two groups. Out of which four teams will reach the (T20 World Cup) semi-final and after that the final match will be played. The semi-final match will be held on 31 January and the final match will be played on 2 February. (T20 World Cup) Reserve day has been kept for the semi-final and final. In the group stage, the Indian team has to play matches against West Indies, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
The top two teams from each group (T20 World Cup) will qualify for the semi-final which will be held on 31 January and the final will be held on 2 February 2025.
