New York: Poland’s Ika Swiadek has won the women’s singles title at the US Open Grand Slam tennis tournament.
The US Open, one of the 4 Grand Slam tennis tournaments, is held in New York City. Meanwhile, in the final round of the women’s singles held yesterday morning, the 5th seed, Anzjaber from Tunisia, and Ika Swiadek, a Polish player, clashed.
In this, Iga Sviatek defeated Jaber in straight sets with the score of 6-2, 7-6. With this, she won the US Open Women’s Title for 2022.
