Veera Simha Reddy: Varalakshmi Sarathkumar Makes Interesting Comments On Negative Roles

Varalakshmi Sarathkumar.. This Bhama, who made her first heroine in Tamil, has been doing negative roles consecutively. Her role of ‘Jayamma’ in the movie Crack earned her a good name. Gopichand Malineni, who directed that movie, once again gave the same role to Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the movie ‘Veera Simha Reddy’. Veerasimha Reddy movie is going to hit the theaters on 12th of this month as Sankranti gift.

Varalakshmi Sarathkumar played glamorous roles in some movies in the beginning of her career. But after that she completely established herself as a character artist. Now she is doing movies consecutively in Tamil and Telugu movies as a lady villain. Similarly, the movie ‘Shabari’ in which she played the lead role is also getting ready for release. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar also impressed the audience in the negative role of the movie ‘Yashoda’ in which Samantha played the lead role at the end of last year.

Varalakshmi Sarathkumar responded to a question about doing only negative roles while staying away from glamor roles. ‘I like doing negative roles. I think glamor roles don’t suit me. That’s why I stay away from them. But there are many heroines to play glamor roles. That’s why I have decided not to do such roles,” said Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar.

Varalakshmi Sarathkumar was seen in Veerasimha Reddy movie trailer for a few moments. She was seen in a character that provoked the main villain Duniya Vijay by saying, ‘If you are living with the yellow flowers sent by Pagoda.. you are not like Muttaidu.. but you are like Mundamopi’. Varalakshmi appeared in a similar role in the movie Crack.
