People of the Muslim community are celebrating the festival of Eid Milad un Nabi on Monday. Meanwhile, an audio message went viral on social media, in which some people of the Muslim community allegedly said, if you can stop it, then stop the procession of Eid Milad un Nabi, and it was also said that we will take out a procession of Eid Milad un Nabi from BC Road to Kaikambadawara Mosque.
After this post went viral, the people of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal got angry. According to the information, this message was issued by the former president of the Municipal Corporation. After which a ruckus was seen on BC Road. In view of the festival of Eid Milad un Nabi, security arrangements were already made and police force was deployed.
People of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal came on BC Road and removed the police barricades, clashes were seen between the police force and the group. People were seen angry and they raised slogans. Earlier also, during Ganesh Visarjan in Mandya, Karnataka, two parties had come face to face. During this, there was heavy stone pelting and firing between the two parties. A policeman was also injured in the stone pelting.
