Visakhapatnam: Capital Ruckus.. Opposition Wants To Reduce.. Sarkar Says It Will Reduce

Visakhapatnam: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made a key announcement at a meeting of diplomats held in Delhi. He commented that Visakhapatnam is going to be the capital in the coming days. CM Jagan said that soon he is also shifting to Visakhapatnam. However, opposition parties in AP are upset over Jagan’s statement. Farmers of Amaravati region are also rejecting Jagan’s statement. But the leaders of the ruling party are not going anywhere.

“It has nothing to do with contempt of court. We will say what needs to be said in the court. Why did Chandrababu come suddenly when Hyderabad was the capital for ten years? We have the power to govern from anywhere in AP. That is why the Chief Minister said that administration will be done from Visakhapatnam. Let’s see when the Supreme Court orders. What the BJP leaders said here is correct.. What the Union Minister said is correct. When the Union Minister himself said.. what is the point of them saying different words We have three regions equal. Minister Karumuri Nageswara Rao clarified that the situation like Hyderabad should not happen in the past.

Jagan thinks that since the people have given them the power, they can talk about anything. What is the point of making such comments when the three capitals are being heard in the Supreme Court. After the verdict of the Supreme Court, then we should speak. But.. What is Jagan announcing at the investors’ summit? Why not talk about other backward areas. This is fraud. If Jagan is looking to change the capital, why is the BJP at the center not questioning it? The Union Minister is like.. What are the AP BJP leaders talking about.. It is the BJP that has created chaos in the state. CPI leader Ramakrishna commented that Jagan is in full clarity.

‘Whatever Chandrababu says, the leaders of other parties are saying the same thing. We will certainly establish three capitals. Jagan invited that the summit is being held in Visakhapatnam. They invest wherever they like. We will explain to them all the investment opportunities in AP. After we withdrew the bill.. the High Court gave orders. We went to the Supreme Court. We will see after the Supreme Court verdict. We will also show a blue print on behalf of the government to the investors. Minister Karumuri explained that they will invest where they can.

‘This government thinks that development means only capital. But.. Capital is different.. Development is different. What should be discussed in the summit.. What did the Chief Minister say.. The opportunities for investment should be explained. But.. what is the need to mention about Visakha capital. How does the Chief Minister speak when the matter is in court? What did Jagan talk about in the assembly? What are you talking about now? What did the YCP say in the manifesto? We have complete faith in the judiciary. Amaravati JAC representative Sudhakar commented that the government is acting without foresight.

Prime Minister Modi laid the foundation stone of the capital at Amaravati. There is no question of shifting the capital from Amaravati. The Supreme Court verdict is in favor of the farmers. Chief Minister may sit in Visakhapatnam. Can sit anywhere. No one has any objection to that. The camp office can be built anywhere. But… the capital should be in Amaravati’, BJP leader Pathur Nagabhushanam opined.
