Bopparaju Venkateswarlu alleged that many people are running various discussions against the trade unions in the media.
Bopparaju Venkateswarlu said that from July 1, 2018 to January 1, 2019, DAs owed Rs. 734 crores from the government. He said that the government has promised to pay the arrears of Rs.1,800 crores including surrender leaves and DAs before September. He said that the government has agreed to pay DA and PRC arrears after retirement in four installments every year over four years. He said that they will regularize the services of contract employees who have been working since June 2, 2014. He expressed anger that wrong information is being sent out in the regularization of contract employees. He said that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy said that the 12th PRC committee will be formed and discussions will be held.
Bopparaju Venkateswarlu revealed that CM Jagan has promised to give 50 percent pension and DR under the GPS system, similar to the old Finchan system. They said that they are happy because GPS has come close to the old pension system. He said that GPS is close to the old pension system up to 80 percent. It is enough if one PRC arrears is received under the GPS system and it has been requested to incorporate it in the law. It has been revealed that the government has said that the GPS money used by the government and hidden by the employees will be returned. When asked to apply welfare schemes to the outsourcing employees working under OPCAS, the CM responded positively. APJAC Amaravati will take the responsibility of solving the problems of outsourcing employees, he said.
