He began his musical career in groups such as La Idéntica de Chepén and Hermanos Silva. In 2013, he participated in talent shows such as ‘Rojo fame contrafama’ and the first season of ‘La Voz Perú’, where he was part of Jerry Rivera’s team.
In 2015, he joined Grupo 5, one of the most recognized cumbia orchestras in the country. However, in 2019, he temporarily stepped away due to health issues. Later, he joined Los 5 de Oro and, in 2021, returned to Group 5. In 2023, he participated again in ‘La Voz Perú’ and became the winner of the sixth season under the mentorship of Mauricio Mesones.

Just days after the announcement of the incorporation of Luis Manuel to Hermanos Yaipén, the group surprised by releasing ‘No se vale’, a new single with Colombian roots in the voice of Valdiviezo, who did not have that opportunity to record a song with Group 5.
This new song, composed by Camilo, addresses the end of a love relationship. In the narrative, one of the protagonists faces the reality that his ex-partner has quickly gotten over him, showing his happiness on social media with another person.
The official video for the song was recorded entirely in Colombia, specifically in the historic city of Cartagena de Indias. Among the featured locations are Getsemaní, the Clock Tower monument, and the Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas Fortress, among other emblematic settings. The audiovisual production was carried out by a team that has worked with recognized artists such as Galy Galiano and Grupo Niche.
