New Delhi: In his Independence Day speech, Prime Minister Modi spoke of corruption and succession politics as two major challenges facing India. Congress chief Rahul Gandhi was asked to comment on it.
As part of the country’s 76th Independence Day celebrations, Prime Minister Modi hoisted the national flag at the Red Fort in Delhi and addressed the nation. He listed the challenges facing India and emphasized the politics of succession.
Former Congress President and Member of Parliament Rahul Gandhi was asked to comment on Prime Minister Modi’s comments on succession politics.
It said, “I do not want to comment on this. Happy Independence Day to all,” Rahul Gandhi said.
In this case, Congress Party’s Pawan Khera had expressed his opinion in this regard. “Prime Minister Modi may be talking about succession politics in his party. He has not fulfilled his promises for the last eight years,” he said.
