Taib Ali’s family appointed Abdul Aziz Patiparamban Kondoti, a social activist from Bisha and member of Jeddah Consulate Welfare, to complete the legal process. The concerned informed that the body will be buried in Bisha after completion of legal procedures. The deceased is survived by his wife and three children.

Dammam: The Sanu Mathil Memorial Cricket Tournament, organized by the Navayug Dalla Region Committee in memory of the late Navayug Samskarikvedi Dalla Region President and philanthropist Sanu Mathil, concluded with excitement as a great experience for cricket lovers in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Dammam United became the winners by defeating the Blackburn team by ten wickets in the final match of the tournament held at Gukha Ground, Dammam, in the presence of the expatriate sports lovers who flocked despite the scorching heat. Nava Yug General Secretary MA Wahid Kariyara presented the trophy to the winners and Dalla Region Secretary Nissam Kollam to the runner up.
Nias, representative of Coolgate AC & Refrigerator Company, presented cash prizes to the winners of the tournament and Vineesh, representative of Azaz Al Khaleez Company, to the runner-up. The concluding session of the tournament was inaugurated by Shaji Mathilakam, Patron of Nav Yugam Centre. Nav Yug Kendra Vice President Manju Manikuttan and Central Committee Member Saheersha delivered the welcome speech. New age leaders like Biju Varki, Shibu Kumar, Rajan Kayamkulam, Binu Kunj, Regin, Shibu Muhammad, Sabu, Madhukumar and Sharanya participated.
QRCC’s Subin was chosen as the best batsman, Blackburn’s Shahid as the best bowler and Dammam’s Anoop as the man of the series. Navyugam Central Committee Kudumbavedi President Manikuttan, Dalla Region President Nandakumar Region Joint Secretary Varghese, Sports Secretary Santosh Changolikal, Dammam Region President Tampan Natarajan and Naishu distributed the prizes. New age leaders Ri Chu, Sanur, Jayesh, Rasheed, Shiju, Anil, Rasheed Perumbavoor, Sinil, Shahjahan and Jilsan led the tournament.
