Al-Dhaid Club announced that it had signed a contract with the Mexican national team striker, Carlos Rodriguez, to represent the team in the current season of the First Division, and he was registered during the current winter transfer period. The signing took place, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Dhaid Club, Salem bin Huyden Al-Ketbi, and the Executive Director of the club, Salem Saif Al-Ketbi.
