WhatsApp has become the main way in which Spaniards communicate with our friends, family and even co-workers, and this, among the many reasons why it happens, is because it is a free platform that is full of functionalities and tools that improve conversations.
It is no longer just the messages, calls or video calls that the app allows us to make, but there are many other functions that offer us relevant information in the conversation, such as the ticks that your message jumps when it has reached its recipient or when they turn blue, which means that the person has read it.
Another of the indicatives offered by the app owned by Meta is that of “be online”which basically means that at that time you are connected to the app either by replying to a message or by changing your profile picture. However, several users have detected an error in the app, since many times it appeared that they were connected when in reality at that moment they were no longer connected.
