New Delhi: A case was pending before the Supreme Court regarding the proper classification of ‘All-in-One Integrated Desktop Computer’ imported under Section 1 of the Central Excise Act, 1985. The case came up for hearing yesterday before a bench comprising Justices Suryakant and Vikram Nath.
“Online sources, though a treasure trove of knowledge, can promote completely unreliable and misleading information,” the judges said. Online sources like Wikipedia are not entirely reliable. “Judges and judicial professionals should rely on more reliable sources,” they said.
