Will YS Viveka’s case be transferred to another state? Supreme Court verdict in a day or two!

The Supreme Court judge Justice MR Shah’s bench made key comments on the petition filed to transfer the trial of the murder case of Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy Babai and former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy from Andhra Pradesh to another state. It is known that his daughter YS Sunitha filed a petition in the Supreme Court to transfer the trial of Viveka’s murder case to another state.

The Supreme Court bench has already conducted inquiry on this issue several times. In this order, the bench of Justice MR Shah has announced that it will give a verdict on the transfer of Viveka’s case in a day or two. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has also filed a petition in the Supreme Court to cancel the bail of Erra Gangireddy, who is the main accused in the case.

The Supreme Court made these comments during the hearing on this petition on Monday. The bench made it clear that the CBI petition will be heard only after the verdict on the transfer of Viveka’s case to another state. The case was adjourned to December 2.
