Willie González Reveals That He Had Cancer Removed: "Thank God Everything Went Well"

Willie Gonzalez, One of the most famous romantic and sensual salsa interpreters, revealed through his social networks, Instagram and Facebook, that he had undergone surgery to remove a cancerous tumor.

In his publication entitled For those who did not know it, made on December 22, the Puerto Rican singer-songwriter indicated that the intervention took place in June of this year.

Six months after having undergone surgery, the interpreter of “You will not be able to escape from me” and “I want to die in your skin” was encouraged to make what he experienced public.

“Despite all that we have all gone through with so many health problems, In June of this year I was in the hospital in San Juan Puerto Rico, in which I underwent an operation to remove cancer and, thank God, everything went well. I didn’t want to post back then so as not to worry my followers. I tell you that I am free of it, since the intervention was a success, “said Willie González, without detailing the area and type of cancerous tumor that afflicted him.
