Woman Escapes Kidnapping In Zeeland, Man (19) Arrested

A 19-year-old man from ‘s Gravenpolder was arrested near Kruiningen in Zeeland on Monday evening because he is suspected of an attempted kidnapping of a woman. The victim was able to escape by resisting violently, police said.
