New Delhi. Registration for Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana is starting from tomorrow in Delhi. Former CM Arvind Kejriwal has given this information in a press conference today. A few days ago, in the presence of Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP government had announced two schemes before the Delhi elections.
In this, women will be given Rs 2100 every month, while elderly people above 60 years will get free treatment under Sanjeevani Yojana. Former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and CM Atishi were also present along with Kejriwal in the press conference. Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal told in a press conference that the women of Delhi will be given Rs 2100 in their accounts after the elections. Registration for this will start from 23rd December.
Kejriwal further said that getting Rs 2100 every month will also help him in meeting his household expenses. We had received calls for registration. Giving relief to the women, Kejriwal said that our team will visit every house and register the women. After this registration under Mahila Samman Yojana, women will also be given a card. For this they will have to carry Voter ID card with them.
The AAP convenor said, “Around 35 to 40 lakh women will get the benefit of Samman Yojana and about 15 lakh elderly people will get the benefit of Sanjeevani Yojana.” During this press conference, Delhi CM Atishi and senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia were present along with Arvind Kejriwal.
