Kuala Lumpur: The Women’s Asia Cup cricket series starts on October 1 in Bangladesh. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Thailand and Malaysia are participating in this series which is conducted in T20 format.
The series will be held in round robin format. The top 4 teams will advance to the semi-finals. India will face Sri Lanka in their opening match of the 15-day series on October 1. The Indian team will face Malaysia on the 3rd and the United Arab Emirates on the 4th. Meanwhile, the Indian team will meet its arch rival Pakistan on the 7th. The Indian team will face Bangladesh on the 8th and Thailand on the 10th.
