The Wydad Sports Club football team was able to seal the deal for defender Gamal Harkas during the current summer Mercato.
Gamal Harkas signed a contract with Wydad Athletic Club for two seasons, in a free transfer, after terminating his contract with Raja Athletic Football Club.
Gamal Harkas had rebelled against the management of Raja Sports Club by filing an excuse to the university for not receiving his financial dues.
The Disputes Committee of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation terminated the contracts of 39 players during the current summer Mercato.
The committee confirmed in its report that 39 players were released, 3 files were rejected because they did not meet the legal requirements, while 7 files were known to be waived by the parties after resorting to the committee’s arbitration.
