Recently another record was added to the KGF 2 account. Aamir Khan’s Dangdut movie has been in the top second place in Bollywood’s collections till now. Now it has been crossed by KGF 2. Dangdut grossed Rs 387.40 crore. The film was later crossed by Bahubali 2. The film alone grossed Rs 510 crore. Bahubali 2 was followed by Dangal. But now the situation is gone. Because it has touched Rs 390 crore. The film broke the riot records in six years. This means that the top two films are now Southern films.
Produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Home Films, the film also stars Bollywood stars like Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandin in the lead role. The KGF 2 hit was a surprise to Bollywood trade circles as well. The film crosses the mark of the recent release of another southern film RRR in Hindi. Everyone is outraged that the riot broke records in 21 days. There are rumors that KGF 3 will also be a sequel to the film.
