Nara Lokesh, National General Secretary of Telugu Desam Party, said that YSR Congress Party leaders are continuing to attack Dalits. Dalit youth lashed out at Teja for not being able to fill petrol due to non-functioning server of the petrol station YCP MPTC Mahesh Naidu expressed his anger that he attacked him along with his followers in the worst way. To this effect, Lokesh made a series of tweets on Tuesday night. Also, a video was also shared.
“YCP leaders’ violence against Dalits continues. Bodigudipadu YCP MPTC Mahesh Naidu attacked Dalit youth Teja with his followers for not being able to fill petrol in Ulavapalla petrol station in Kavali Constituency, Dagadarthi Mandal of Nellore District.
Tejani was seriously injured by kicking him with his legs and using an iron rod. MPTC Mahesh Naidu and his followers who assaulted a dalit youth should be immediately arrested and a SC/ST atrocity case should be registered. Nara Lokesh said that the injured Teja should be given better treatment and support.
