Prime Minister Garib Kalyan Package (PMJKP) Insurance Scheme: Medical workers worked around the clock against the corona Pandemic. As early as June this year, the government announced that it was extending the Prime Minister’s Garib Kalyan Package (PMJKP) insurance scheme for another year to medical workers struggling with corona. The scheme will be in force from April 24, 2021 for one year. The scheme was first launched on March 30, 2020. The scheme was initially brought in for 90 days. Under this scheme, the families of medical workers will get compensation of Rs 50 lakh in case of any personal accident. The government says the policy applies to all community health workers and private health workers.
PM Mentoring Youth Scheme:
Launched in June 2021, the scheme aims to promote young writers in the country. It is a scheme designed for young writers. The scheme is designed to bring writers under the age of 30 on the same stage and express their sentiments. They want to take Indian culture and traditions to the international stage. Through this mentoring program, young writers specialize in writing in a variety of genres such as fiction, non-fiction, memoirs, drama, and poetry.
Gram Ujala Scheme :
The scheme was introduced to distribute quality LED bulbs in rural areas for just Rs. The scheme was launched by the government on March 24, 2021. Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) is offering these LED bulbs to the rural population for Rs. With the availability of bulbs for just Rs 10k, the government is providing better living, economic savings and better protection to the rural people.

Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana:
The scheme was launched by the government on August 20,2021. The main objective of the scheme is to provide skills development training to the youth. Indian Railways aims to provide entry level training to the youth in industry related skills through Indian Railways Training Institutions.
PM Daksh Yojana :
The government has launched this portal to make skill development schemes available to backward classes, Scheduled Castes and Safai workers. The scheme was introduced by the government on August 8, 2021. The scheme will make it easier for the youth of the backward classes to avail the benefits of skill development training programs.
Academic Bank of Credit Scheme :
The government launched the scheme on July 29, 2021. Through this scheme one gets the credit transfer mechanism from one program to another … Students can get academic mobility to study freely in higher education institutions across the country. Students’ academic credits are stored and transferred through this academic service mechanism. The ABC scheme was designed in line with the new national education policy.
PM Umeed Scheme :
The scheme was launched in April 2021. It will train 3 lakh young people to become entrepreneurs by 2025-26. Under the PM Umeed scheme, loans are given to the youth and access to markets is provided.
E-labor portal :
The Central Government has launched this scheme for workers in the unorganized sector. The e-Shram portal has been available since August 26, 2021. Gives a unique identification number to unorganized workers registered on this portal. People can avail various welfare schemes through this number. So far over 12 crore workers have registered their names in this portal.
