President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the command of the country’s armed forces to form reserves of personnel. The corresponding statement was made by the head of state on Sunday, January 22.
“The task was set by the military so that it would not just be added to the personnel, but that there would be reserves so that people could not only fight, but also recover. These are internal processes,” he said during a speech at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
