The company has recently launched Zoom Contact Center. The company has said that the acquisition will help them redefine the contact center category with unified communications.
Velchami Sankaralingam, President of Product and Engineering, Zoom Video Communications, said, “With Solvi’s differentiated AI and machine learning technology, we are looking to accelerate our contact center roadmap to create a concierge-level experience for customers around the world. will be able to.”
The company announced that Solvy’s proprietary technology will broaden the Zoom Contact Center offering with scalable self-service and conversational AI.
Both platforms built leading enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses through a focus on scalability, simplicity and respect for the end customer.
